LEO/Fire/EMS Jobs

All Jobs with Local and State Law enforcement, Fire Department and EMS services are whitelisted and require an application and approval by the department command staff. In order to be considered for an LEO/EMS/Fire position, you should also have been active in the EOLrp server for a minimum of 2 weeks. Once approved, You will receive detailed information related to your chosen career and You will have to attend and pass academy training prior to being allowed to work as LEO/First responder. Once You’ve completed training, You will be in a probationary status until your field training officer/supervisor clears you for standard duty. To apply, you must already be a whitelisted member of our server.

NOTE: Those holding whitelisted jobs of Dispatch, LEO, Fire/EMS, Medical Staff, and Coroner should pay very close attention to the attendance requirements for your primary department. Command staff for each department handles their own hiring/firing/promoting, etc.

Applications are viewed periodically and once reviewed your application will be replied to by someone in the department’s command staff with instructions on how to proceed. LEO/Fire/EMS applications are housed in our Discord, now. Those application sections are also only available to currently whitelisted players.

Attendance Tracking

Attendance for departments may be tracked, and each department has their own attendance requirements. Any attendance tracking will be for your primary first responder department.

Minimum attendance requirements are usually around 4 hours per week.

Anybody in a first responder role that falls below the minimums is likely to either be put on probation and/or demoted in rank. This is not to be an asshole, and we do understand this is a “game”. But when someone holds a coveted position and others depend on your help for coverage, we don’t feel it’s asking too much to devote to that roughly 4 hours a week for coverage.

When command staff looks to promote people within first responder departments, they’re looking for those that maintain above average attendance. The higher the better. That shows commitment and dedication not just to the department, but to the other people within the department that depend on your help for smooth coverage.
