Buying Food, Fuel, and Medicine
You will need to consume food and beverages regularly in order to maintain your health and energy. Medication is also available to help restore health lost from minor injuries. There are markets, restaurants, bars and food carts located around the state where you may purchase food, beverages and medication. New locations will be added as time goes on.
Your hunger/thirst meters may not display until they start dropping some. You can alter when most icons display by pressing I on the keyboard and adjusting the HUD visibility option check boxes. When they turn red, you are getting very hungry/thirsty and when empty, you start taking health damage.
IMPORTANT INVENTORY INFO: Your inventory has a slot and weight limit. If your inventory is too full, items you craft, cook, buy, etc will go to see Jesus. Keep an eye on your inventory before making major sized purchases. It’s on you to manage your inventory.
To Purchase Items, simply visit the desired business (denoted by custom icons on the map), walk into the marker and follow the menu prompts. Select item desired, then quantity and confirm. At this time, most all shop locations take cash. You’ll need to use your debit card to get cash prior to making purchases if you find that location only accepts cash.
24/7 Markets or Convenience Stores –
Located in many places around the state, 24/7 markets offer convenience and a wide selection of popular food items such as e-Cola, water, sandwiches, snacks and more! Some locations also offer fuel. Convenience Stores can be player owned.
To Purchase fuel, Pull your vehicle next to the pump, for safety, the engine should be off when getting out. If you don’t turn off the engine, the car could catch fire! When standing next to the gas pump you should see a notification to press E to take the nozzle. Then you can press E near the vehicle to refill it. You will be asked to pick cash or bank account to pay for it, and then asked for the total you want to put in.
WARNING: Some vehicles take diesel, but most do not. If you put the wrong fuel in, you can damage your engine.
The following vehicles are set to take diesel: CURRENTLY NONE.
If you damage your engine with the wrong fuel, try purchasing a jerry can and filling your vehicle with it twice (first time removes the old fuel, 2nd time fills it with new fuel). To buy a jerry can, click the jerry can on the pump menu itself and choose to purchase a jerry can.
Boats and aircraft currently have fuel consumption disabled. If you have a boat or aircraft that comes out of the garage with no fuel, open a support-ticket in our Discord.
Electric vehicles have charging stations at gas stations that you must use to recharge them. Same steps as fueling gas powered vehicles.
Gas stations can be player owned. If you notice one that has no gas for sale, please open a support ticket in our Discord. We may have to seize that station if it’s not being kept up.
First Aid-
You can purchase personal first aid kits in the convenience stores and the LTD Supermarket. Hospitals also allow you to check in at the desk marker to be treated for injuries if EMS is not available.
Restaurants-
Restaurants can be player owned. If they are unowned, they have full stock. Player owned ones must be restocked regularly or they will be seized and put back up for sale. Press E in the marker spot to open the menu and make your purchases. All items should be consumable.
Bars & Local Nightlife

The Diamond Casino
The casino is open 24/7 and offers slots, table games, horse races, and the Lucky Wheel. Visit the cashier to get the visitor bonus chips every 24 hours IRL time. You can also spin the Lucky Wheel once every 24 hours. Good luck and don’t spend your rent money!
Liquor Stores / Convenience Stores – For those anti-socialites, don’t worry – We’ve got you covered too! Visit any one of the closest liquor stores around the area, purchase your poison and then take your party home, or where ever you desire and get down till the sun comes up! All your favorite major domestic and imported brands are represented thanks to Yakomoto Distributing – Pisswasser, Patriot, Barracho Tequilla, Nogo Vodka, Stronzo etc – You can find it, drink it and convert it to pee. (We’ve now combined convenience stores and liquor stores for player convenience.)
