Snatch & Grab

If you see a local carrying a briefcase, package, bag or lockbox, you can try to take it. But be prepared for a struggle. (There is a minigame for this.)

Of course, you can take it from their cold dead hands, too, but weapon use increases the likelihood that law enforcement will be notified.

Once you’ve got the case or bag they were carrying, you’ve gotta get somewhere to open it and see what you scored. Some items are worth more than others and some may be basically worthless. Some items you might even want to hang on to and use for yourself or friends. But you can always fence the stolen goods through the Clark Brothers, if you can find them.

Smash & Grab

Robbing locals directly not your thing? Then maybe you’ll find some good stuff in parked cars. Check inside as you walk past cars and see if you can find a potential target. Smash the window near the prize and then snag that loot!

Be aware that the vehicle’s owner may show up to kick your ass, or a bystander may call the cops.

Take your score to the Clark Brothers if you wanna sell it for some quick cash. Or keep it yourself. It’s your criminal enterprise to run as you see fit, afterall.

Pickpocket

Are you super stealthy? Or at least think you are? Maybe you can slip up behind some locals and diddle around in their pockets without them knowing. Maybe you can score some good stuff this way, or even some cash.

The longer you take or if you get caught, you could find yourself fighting the local or running from the cops. Your skill will be put to the test.

Sell what you get to the Clark Brothers, or keep it for yourself.

Postal Locker Theft

You can hack into or break open postal lockers you see around the state. There’s some good stuff people order from SpamaZon and other random online places. But there’s also some good security on these lockers. And you know how locals like to call the cops on criminals if they see you. Some stuff might bring a good wad of cash from the Clark Brothers, some might not be worth the prison time risk. That’s a decision you have to make for your own life.

Ped Looting

Some locals can be looted if you “find” one downed. You may find something good, you may not find squat. And you may just have the po po called on ya. Will you risk it for the reward?

AOP (Area of Play) Considerations

Keep in mind that doing criminal activities outside the established AOP is metagaming and cheating. Keep your activity inside the AOP area, please. Let’s keep it fun, but also keep it fair.
